Zion Lutheran Church provides a youth Sunday School program providing education on both Bible stories and Lutheran/Christian beliefs. Classes are held during Sunday service during the school year.
Loving Hands of Zion
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” Proverbs 31:25
The Loving Hands of Zion plan various events throughout the year for the women of the church that include fellowship, quilting, meals, and more.
Worship and Music
“Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.” Psalm 34:3
Worship and music provides for an active and meaningful worship life for everyone.
Fellowship
"May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all." 2 Corinthians 13:14
Throughout the year adult and family social events are planned to promote Christian fellowship among church members and the community.
Community Service
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10
The Community Service group seeks, coordinates, and implements activities to connect God's work through Zion into the community.
Youth and Family
“Train children in the way they should go; when they grow old, they won’t depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
The youth and family group connects youth and families to a Christ centered relevant journey of faith formation through personal relationships found in spiritual education, congregational involvement and community interaction.
Dartball
"Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17
